Designed originally by Physiotherapists and author Chris Norris and industry
veteran Cherry Baker and training providers NFE
We were THE FIRST Pilates Training Organisation to be awarded a CYQ level
Three Mat work Qualification.
Our basic course focuses 25% on the original works of Joseph Pilates and 75%
on Modern Pilates.
Our Modern Pilates techniques have a CLINICAL approach and have adapted the
original moves to incorporate modern sports research and rehabilitation techniques.

What if I am already trained?
- We are aware many teachers have already done some training but want to
convert to a level three qualification. - We offer substantial discount if you have Certification with a different
training provider. - We have many specialist modules and workshop days that are open to all
qualified Pilates teachers
