🍒 Loaded Pilates – Cherry Baker
Join Cherry in a fusion of her exercise passions – Modern Pilates and weight training!
This class combines Pilates methodology and precision with the principles of resistance training. We will look specifically at bone loading and working with midlife women (and men) followed by a working practice
Additionally, we will discuss strategies to engage our existing clients, helping them move and feel better while building stronger bones and muscles. This can be achieved through your current classes, whether online or face-to-face and can generate additional income.
🦔 The Hog™ Release & Reboot V2 – Tracey Gjertsen
In The Hog™ V2.0 we look at how to use The Hog™ to release soft tissue restriction to restore optimal movement in our clients.
Each release is backed up with stabilisation and strengthening exercises to help reboot inhibited muscles and then applied to functional movement patterns.
🍒 Pilates Sliders for Stability and Strength🍒 – Cherry Baker
Join Cherry for a sliding session – inexpensive, easily transported equipment. Ideal for online training and classes as they can work on all floor surfaces.
Combine the slider with your PILATES repertoire to add variety and increase strength and stability in standing and on the mat.
🎓 Menopause & Pilates – Rachel Hubbard
Rachel, an Exercise and Menopause Specialist and Technical Advisor for the YMCA, will be leading a session on Menopause & Pilates.
With a pioneering career since 2009, Rachel’s work began with a dissertation on the psychological motivations for exercise during peri- and post-menopause. In this session, she will provide evidence-based insights that Pilates professionals can confidently apply in their practice. Expect reliable, well-informed content that focuses on quality information over trends.
**Nikkie Riozzi – Fluid Moves
Dive into the power of movement through the art of dance and the myofascial chain of the body. This session promises to connect us to deeper, more meaningful movement. Join Nikkie for an empowering and uplifting continuous movement-based experience that you won’t want to miss!

A Standing Pilates session, focusing on the specific needs of women going through menopause. This session will address the importance of improving bone density, stability, and balance, while encouraging participants to connect with their bodies in a mindful and compassionate way.
